Ex Offender Advice
This course is ideal for young people that are already involved in crime and are likely to be heading for a custodial sentence. The course is presented by one of our team of dedicated ex-offenders who all have their own story to tell.
Our ex-offenders usually begin working with us while still in prison, comming out to work with us and returning to prison at the end of the day. Alongside us, they work closely with the Police and Local Authorities, speaking at meetings and conferences and delivering workshops for BE SAFE.
Having offended and then served time in prison, these offenders have unique life experiences, giving them an ideal position from which to challenge criminal behaviours from young people.
BE SAFE are proud to have our ex offenders as part of the team and are confident that if young people can be reached, our team members are the ones to do it.
